About My Practice

An attorney since 1987, I specialize in employment and business law, and enjoy using forecasting and conflict resolution skills to steer employers away from litigation and agency regulation to a more productive workplace.

I continue to litigate which allows me to experience a diversity of professions and trades while representing businesses in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

I have qualified as a mediator with the Sonoma County Mediation Program, and the Sonoma County Bar Association Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution section.
